Your trade balance is made of your investment amount. We never trade with your profits.
We charge a commision whenever the client withdraws. This fee is only applied when the client withdraws, and never when the clients compounds. If the client compounds, we never apply the commission

The minimum amount allowed for deposit is USD 250 for purchase of a cloud mining plan

Not at all. You can use as many payment systems as you want to make all the deposits you need. Keep in mind that withdrawals can only be made through the payment processed used to make your deposits. You can keep track of all this information through the withdrawal page.
Depends on each plan. Interest on your VoiceProfit account is acquired Monthly.
We don’t allow users to have multiple accounts. Accounts are restricted to one per computer and one per member. Not following the VoiceProfit rules about this issue and others can result in serious consequences. Having multiple accounts per person or computer can lead to accounts being closed and deactivated. Deposits are returned in the event of account closure, but not any earnings.
This is acceptable as long as you do not exploit the affiliate system by referring family members.
Of course you can recover your lost password. There is a password recovery form offered for this very occasion.
If you forget the email address you used to sign up then please contact customer support. Your email account can be recovered, but you will need to provide some basic information to verify your identity. This is an important step to maintain security for our members.
For security purposes we don’t allow users to change their email address. If you lose access to the email account you signed up with, then we will block that account and refund all the money through the proper payment channels. We will need you to verify your account to do this, so expect to have to answer some questions and offer some revealing information about your account.
Yes, all deposits are handled individually and you can have as many deposits as you wish.
